Care services & Hourly Rates
Care is provided within a flexible and transparent pricing structure, designed to reflect the time, level of support, and distance required.
Weekdays (Monday-Friday 8am-6pm)
£30 per hour (within a 6 mile radius)
Evenings 6pm-9pm, Weekends and Bank Holidays
£45 per hour (within a 6 mile radius)
Travel beyond 6 miles & accompanied visits (appointments, social trips, vets, groomers etc.)
£1.20 per mile in addition to hourly rate
Holiday Care Packages
Holiday care is designed to give families complete peace of mind while they are away, ensuring their loved on is supported by a familiar, trusted professional.
Before any holiday period, I provide a pre-holiday consultation to understand routines, preferences, medication needs and daily structure. I also confirm access arrangements and emergency contacts, and agree a clear personalised care plan.

This session ensures all care is fully tailored and safely planned before travel.

Support During Your Time Away
I remain available for additional support should unexpected needs arise, including reassurance, minor practical issues, or forgotten medication. Any additional call-outs are charged at the hourly rate as above.
This service compliments, but does not replace, emergency medical services. In urgent situations, 999 should always be contacted.
Availability
All care packages and holiday spaces are intentionally limited to ensure consistency, reliability, and a high standard of personal support.
Payment Terms
To ensure a smooth and reliable service, I operate the following payment terms:
Weekly payment
Care services are invoiced and payable weekly in advance or on agreement at the end of each week. Payment is required within 48 hours of invoicing unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Upfront costs (shopping, groceries & expenses)
Any costs relating to groceries, shopping, pet supplies, prescriptions, or other third party purchases must be paid in advance before the service is carried out. This ensures all expenses can be covered promptly and accurately.
Receipts will always be provided where applicable.
Mileage and travel expenses
Where applicable, mileage charges will be added to invoices and billed alongside care services.
Late payments
Timely payment is essential to maintain service continuity. Any overdue payments may result in suspension of services until the account is settled.
Preferred payment method
Bank transfer is preferred, or cash by arrangement. Details will be provided on each invoice.
